Smart Build Specialized Contracting is hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to lead and supervise on-site execution teams in industrial flooring (Epoxy, Polyurethane) and advanced waterproofing systems (Polyurea, TPO, PVC). Responsible for quality compliance, surface preparation standards, and schedule adherence.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
• Relevant technical qualification or civil/architectural background.
• 3-5 years proven experience supervising industrial flooring or waterproofing sites.
• Thorough knowledge of concrete surface preparation standards (Shot blasting, grinding).
• Strong field team leadership and practical on-site troubleshooting skills.
• Strict adherence to workplace health and safety (HSE) standards.
